Orders & Shipping
Drop 1 pieces ship from our Austin warehouse about 5–7 business days after the window closes, then arrive at most US addresses in 2–4 business days by USPS or UPS. You’ll get a tracking email the day your piece leaves Austin.
A tracking link is emailed to you the moment the piece ships, and the same link lives in your account under Recent activity. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, email us and we’ll chase it for you.
Customs & Duties
Chariot is the US importer of record, so we pay all duties. Cotton apparel made in Ghana enters the US at 0% duty under the AGOA treaty (active through Dec 31, 2026). You pay nothing extra for import — the price you saw at checkout is the full price.
A normal domestic parcel from Austin, TX — USPS or UPS, depending on speed. No customs form, no broker fee, no surprise invoice at your door. We’ve already cleared customs in Houston before the piece reaches our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery to a US address. Returns are free and fully domestic — we email you a USPS prepaid label, you drop the box at any post office. Exchanges depend on remaining stock in your size.
Email caleb@chariotarchive.com with your order number and the reason. We email a USPS prepaid return label within one business day. Drop the box at any post office — your refund or exchange is processed within 3 business days of the package being scanned.
Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and the founding hangtag still on the piece. Items that don’t meet these conditions may be sent back to you at our discretion. Final-sale pieces are flagged on the product page.
Sizing
1NRI tees and jerseys are true to size with a relaxed, slightly oversized drop. Sweatpants and shorts run true to size on the waist with a longer rise. If you’re between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay true to size for the intended drape.
A laid-flat measurement guide sits on every product page when Drop 1 opens. Before that, email us and we’ll send the exact garment measurements for any piece you’re eyeing.
Payments
All major debit and credit cards through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. The $20 founding deposit and the Drop 1 balance are both handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
All prices are in US dollars, with AGOA duties and domestic shipping already included. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no border or duty charges on delivery.
